Error: WINWORD.EXE...inserting objects in Word due to known bug.
Error:
WINWORD.EXE Application Error (Unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) at location 0x005ce739)
Cause:
This error occurs after inserting an Equation Editor object and an Excel object in Word. Microsoft Corporation has confirmed this to be a problem in Word 7.0.
Solution:
Create the equation in Equation Editor and close, then press ENTER to insert a blank line. Insert the Excel worksheet.
Do the following to work around this problem and avoid the error message:
1) Start Word.
2) Select 'Object...' from the 'Insert' menu.
3) Select 'Microsoft Equation 2.0' from the 'Object Type' list.
4) Create the equation.
5) When done creating the equation, click on the document to close Equation Editor.
6) Press ENTER to insert a BLANK LINE.
7) Select 'Object...' from the 'Insert' menu.
8) Select 'Microsoft Excel worksheet' from the 'Object Type' list.
9) Insert the worksheet object.
